Rainey Mortuary Service regretfully announce the demise of William Hood of Tuscaloosa. William Hood traded time for eternity on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Hospice of West Alabama. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, 12 noon at Plum Grove Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery - Northport, AL. Public visitation will be on Friday, October 13, 2023, 11am-5pm at Rainey Mortuary Service. The body will lie in state at the church 1 hour prior to service. Rainey Mortuary Service in charge of final care.
