Mr. Melvin Tinker traded time for eternity on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at DCH Regional Medical Center. A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 20, 2021, 1pm at West Highland Memorial Gardens. Public viewing will be on Friday, February 19, 2021, 11am - 5pm at Rainey Mortuary Service.
