Rainey Mortuary Service regretfully announce the demise of Ms. Effie Kittrell- Anders of Tuscaloosa, AL. Ms. Effie Kittrell-Anders traded time for eternity on September 16, 2019. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 22, 2019, 1 pm in the chapel of Rainey Mortuary Service. Burial will follow at Cedar Oak Memorial Park. Public visitation will be Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 1pm-5:00pm at Rainey Mortuary Service. Rainey Mortuary Service in charge of final care.
