Rainey Mortuary Service regretfully announce the demise of Mr. Jessie James Jackson of Detroit, MI formerly of Northport, AL.  Mr. Jessie James Jackson traded time for eternity on Friday, September 22, 2017 in Detroit, MI.  Funeral services for  Mr. Jessie James Jackson will be held Saturday, October 7, 2017   2 pm in the chapel of Rainey Mortuary Service.  Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.  The body will lie in state 1 hour prior to service.  Rainey Mortuary Service in charge of final care.
